Instead, maximize on foods rich in vitamin A which increases the cell turn over. This includes spinach, tomatoes, carrots, sweet potatoes, orange fruits, and yellow fruits. Basically all leafy greens and vegetables.
You can supplement these with foods with a diet rich in essential fatty acids that have Omega 3 and Omega 6. They include fish, walnuts and soya beans. They are great at retaining your skin’s water.
Hydrate As Much As Much As You Can
It cannot be overemphasized why you need to hydrate. The secret to youthful smooth skin is plenty of hydration. It does wonders for your skin and overall health to your body.
Drink at least 8 cups of water daily based on your activity level. When you order food make a habit of ordering a glass of water. Take Your Makeup Off Before Going To Bed
It can be tempting to just pass out on the couch after a long day but then you will have to deal with acne all over again. Cosmetics are good when applied but can really mess you up if you don’t take it off. They tend to clog up your pores resulting in acne break out.
So, no matter how tired you are, create an evening routine of taking off your makeup with a remover or a cleanser.

Relax and Breathe
